The Studio located on the first floor with 38 sqm surface and can hospitalise three persons in total, two persons in double bed, even one more with extra bed, or baby cot in case of baby.
Is one unitary, flat room with open kitchen, private bathroom and quiet large balcony with panoramic view.
The kitchen has appliances you might need which make it practical and easy to use.
The Double Bed is Queen Size, with 7 comfort zones, luxurious mattress and can placed extra bed in case of third person.
The Bathroom was complete renovated in 2023, in a pleasant vintage aesthetic, with new accessories, sanitary items and a practical shower cabin with safety glass.
The new technology air conditioner at the Studio have a high density filter, active carbon filter and ionization filter that allows you to always enjoy clean air. Also with the “smart” button, it automatically adjusts to the best function according to the room temperature, while the 4 special sleep programs providing different sleep temperature care.
Featuring a private, quiet large Βalcony with panoramic view, where you can relax with the view of the beautiful mountain of “Kerkis” the garden and the sea.

For accommodation of third person or baby at the studio, we place an additional rollaway extra bed or baby cot accordingly.
