Hosting others into our homes is the first step toward invite them in to our hearts.Since 1985
The building was built in 1985, and the same year, the use of the property has started as apartments to let, under the name “Villa Flora” which it maintains to date.
Since then they have been frequent renovations, for the maintenance of the building and its adaptation to modern needs and the comfort of our visitors.
Architecture
The building was designed by architect Kristallia Krokou, which gave an eclectic architectural structure with comfortable, airy and light apartments, and exquisite exterior aesthetics, absolutely adapted to the surrounding enviroment.
The land
The building is built (with respect) in an olive grove, with olive trees that exceed 250 years of life, from which, even today, we collect the olives for the production of the fine Samian oil.
Over time, newer trees (mainly citrus trees), flowers and other plants have been planted which create a very beautiful set.
Few words about us
Villa Flora apartments is a small family business which offers you with pleasure, warm hospitality in a family atmosphere. Since 1985, we didn’t invent anything new, hospitality was and is always inside us.
The building complex composed by two apartment (2 rooms), and two Studio (single room), comfortable, spacious, independent and fully functional with many light windows, balcony and many free of charge facilities for a comfortable stay.
Surrounded by big, lush garden laid with lawn, a lot of flowers and plants, which creating a natural beauty and cool environment rich in perfumes and “conversations” by the birds.
Two scenic beaches, are located at a distance 150 m. while at the wider area, there are many more, with crystal clear waters, many sights and the imposing mount Kerkis, ideal for trekking.
Next to Villa Flora locate “Loukoulos Restaurant ” (at trip advisor, at facebook), our family restaurant, with traditional flavours of Greek, excellent garden and endless sea views, where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner..
