The apartments are surrounded by a spacious, lush garden adorned with a well-kept lawn, vibrant flowers, citrus trees, eucalyptus, pomegranate, locust, cypress, and various bushes. Most notably, the garden features centuries-old olive trees—some over 250 years old—from which we still harvest olives to produce the exquisite Samian olive oil.
This natural setting creates a serene and inviting environment, rich in oxygen, fragrances, and life, as confirmed by the cheerful “conversations” of birds that frequent this little oasis.
The greenery also acts as a natural air conditioner, lowering the ambient temperature by 4–8°C and offering a cool, refreshing atmosphere.
