Apartment No 1

Located in the south of the island, this area boasts one of the island's most beautiful beaches. The owners' restaurant made our stay even more enjoyable with its stunning views, friendly staff, and delicious menu. They have their own parking. There are also other beaches and restaurants within walking distance, all quite pleasant.

I think it was a very pretty place. The room was large and clean. The householder was friendly and also helpful. There are some different alternatives for beaches. The sea is also amazing. There is a restaurant opposite of the apartment and either breakfast or dinner were so delicious. Price/ performance balance is so good. The apartment is about an hour from Vathy port. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful, quiet location. Everything within walking distance. A warm welcome. Clean towels were provided regularly. And an extra blanket was delivered quickly. Definitely recommended.

The apartment is lovely, has everything you need, is in a very quiet location, clean, and has thoughtful details. The family's restaurant is right across the street, serving delicious food. There are also many tavernas nearby if you're looking for a change of scenery. The beach is also very close. Communication was excellent. My messages were answered very quickly, and they gave me great tips. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back.

It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is well located, spotlessly clean, and quiet. To get to the beach, you cross the street and are in the water in 5 minutes. We went to dinner at their restaurant, Loukoulus, every night. Excellent Greek and Samian cuisine, just like being at home. The entire team was always friendly and helpful. Excellent wine selection. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Very nice hosts, incredibly accommodating. The accommodation was exactly as described. We felt very comfortable. There are many beautiful beaches nearby, and the Pythagoras Cave is also within walking distance. We can also recommend the hosts' restaurant! The food was delicious. We also participated in the yoga class and enjoyed a very tasty breakfast afterward. We would definitely come back!

You'll immediately feel at home, and within walking distance you'll find stunning beaches, excellent taverns and restaurants, tranquility, and beauty. We had a perfekt stay at Ioannis place, we really enjoyed the apartment and the beautiful surroundings. Our vacation at Samos where very nice, we really recommend others to visit.

Very friendly host and lovely family business! We loved it. They also provided a high chair and baby crib - which was ideal when traveling with a baby.

The accommodation and a lovely restaurant opposite are run by a very welcoming Greek family. It's just a few steps to enchanting beaches.

We stayed in villa flora and it was beutiful. Very big living room and kitchen. Beutiful garden with flowers and surrounded by good scent. It is deffinetly giving the feeling of living in a calm and beutiful ireland.

Perfect location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Kampos, yet close enough for walking to shops. The owner runs the Loukoulos restaurant across the street, offering a perfect sea view and delicious food. There's direct access via stairs to a fantastic beach bar, including beach access. Parking is available right outside.

We met Flora at the restaurant over the road who was very welcoming. The accommodation is lovely, it’s an older villa with updated features keeping in character yet with a brand new bathroom and nice furniture and very good air conditioning.

Large and quiet accommodation. The beach is easily accessible. The restaurant across the street is fantastic with an incredible view.

It wouldn't be wrong to call it heaven on earth. Especially the owner and the staff are friendly, smiling and very kind people. If I had the chance, I wouldn't want to leave at all. It's definitely the only place I'll visit in the coming years.

We had an amazing week at Villa Flora! The apartment was beautiful, cozy and clean and had a nice Greek atmosphere. The garden was amazing with flowers and pomegranate trees. The staff at the nearby restaurant Loukoulos represented the host and they were nice and helpful. We strongly recommend Villa Flora for a fantastic stay in beautiful Samos.
